We charge a 25% deposit to reserve your limousine in our system and balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CREDIT CARD USED MUST BE AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AND CARD HOLDER MUST SIGN CREDIT CARD SLIP & RESERVATION FORM PRIOR TO THE TRIP. This is only to comply with Mastercard, Visa & Discover rules. (please no AMEX, fees too high)

Our entire fleet is smoke free


Hourly rental:
The Limousines are rented on an hourly basis. We can not be responsible for traffic, weather delays or for routing to and from the event. Charges begin when Limousine arrives at first pickup location and continue until last drop off, plus any travel time from our office and back(if over 15 minutes from our office) .  All of our drivers have GPS systems and will use the route as shown on the GPS, unless you supply us with full addresses and turn by turn instructions to all locations, at least 48 hours prior to event,  Parking fees, if any, at special events(Gillette Stadium, etc.) are not included in the rental price.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are not refundable, unless cancellation is more than 20 days prior to event date(less any credit card fees charged by our processor). Less than 14 days prior to event date - full negotiated rate of fare will be charged. (please understand that we can not offer this Limousine to other customers during this reservation period). 

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: MasterCard, Visa, Discover.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations must have a 25% deposit on file at the time of booking.($100 minumum depost per vehicle)
All bookings are to be paid in full 14 days prior to the event (the balance will be charged to the credit card on file, automatically, unless other arrangements are made by the customer).

We have no fuel surcharges. Tolls and any parking fees are additional.  Credit Card use: Please be sure to have the credit card that you supplied to us, on hand in order for our driver to obtain an imprint and a signature. Company policy requires that the Driver has this taken care of prior to the Limousine departing the first pickup location. Cardholder hereby agrees to allow overtime and any damages caused by any of the passengers in the limousine to be charged to this credit card on file.

 

Any changes to the pickup locations or times within 36 hours of the date of rental will incur a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file.


All reservations must have a credit card/debit card on file to cover overtime, damages, or in very rare occaisions, excessive cleaning of limousine.


There is a minimum $200.00 fee for cleaning of interior (vomit) or cleaning carpeting $100.00 (food, spills, and getting gum out of the carpet.)
Please no smoking & no chewing gum in our limousines:
There is a $200 fee, plus damages, if any, in the event a passenger smokes in Limo.


Limousine preference:

We will reserve a specific limousine for your event, in the rare event of a mechanical problem, we reserve the right to substitute with limousines with equal or greater value, at no extra cost to you. 

All of the limousines we offer are not equipped with the same components. (spinner wheels, fog machines, x-box, same quantity or type of TVs, satellite TV, DVD, VHS, CD, karaoke, etc.) There is no price difference for this equipment, or the rare failure of any equipment. 

BOTTLED WATER & ICE available upon request (you can bring your own alcoholic beverages - everyone has to be over 21 yrs old or a parent must be present)

 

Supervision of passengers is the responsibility of the customer that booked the reservation and the card holder on file.

Hourly rental:
The Limousines are rented on an hourly basis.   The minimum hrs for rental are : Weeknights 4 hrs, Yukon Denali & shuttle bus 2 hrs  minimum each time they leave the office, Friday and Saturday Nights  6-14 pass limos 5 hrs, 15 passengers and more 6 hrs. All prom nights have 8 hr minimum rental.

 We are not responsible for traffic, weather delays or for routing to and from the event. Charges begin when Limousine arrives at first pickup location and continue until last drop off, plus any travel time from our office and back (if over 15 minutes) .  Please supply Limousines by Liz, Inc. with full addresses and turn by turn instructions to all locations, 48 hours prior to event, or we will take the best route, as our drivers will use the route according to their GPS Navigation systems.
